I have an upcoming layover in Frankfort and heard that it may be possible to call-in / pre-order a Rimowa bag through the duty-free shop for delivery at my gate? Was not able to find clear instructions / directions on how to do so? could anyone shed some light into what number I should call / who I should email to do so? Many thanks!
