The Westin Grand is not worth your time; terrible elevator situation, small and outdated rooms, just not up to the Westin Grand standard in my opinion. The JW Marriott Parq Vancouver is *very* nice, but it's not in the downtown area so if you're looking to spend time in the city you'll have to use public transit or taxis (or the hotel shuttle bus) to get to those areas. The views from the building are very nice though.
