Pretty much all of Chase's cards are better than Capital One's cards.
Capital One can't even offer an average CC without charging a $95 annual fee.
Unless someone is seriously embedded in Capital One's transfer partners, I don't see why one would try to get under 4/24 just to get a C.O card when they can get one from Chase instead - especially when their other ones offer a whooping 1.5% cash back, 1.25 "miles" per dollar, and 1.25% cash back if you pay on time that month.
People who know what they're doing will continue to LOL at "what's in your wallet?"
