How long do retention offer bonus normally take to post? I did the platinum 20k points for 3k spend offer. I’ve completed the spend and the statement closed, but I haven’t gotten my points. The points from the spend show up in the “pending” section of the MR page, but there’s no indication of the 20k bonus points anywhere. Do I need to wait another month, or does not seeing them yet mean there’s a problem?
