Why can't I transfer points to authorized user?
I have been trying to transfer points to an authorized user, but their name doesn't show up on pulldown menu on any of the transfer to travel partner menus. I have been talking to support for over a month now and escalated the problem. In the meantime, flights are filling up fast and I may not be able to get a flight at all for a trip next year. I read somewhere that maybe there could be a name mismatch between Chase account and travel partner account, but my name shows up, just not an authorized user. Any suggestions?
