It's not "from another airline" AF is publishing O5 for that flight into the global reservation systems and that's what EF, DL, etc see.
AF doesn't use constrained award inventory anymore from their flights when booking via FlyingBlue. They use variable award pricing now that changes with the money price of the flight.
