I don’t disagree as a general matter, but PHNY arguably makes the least sense to invoke as an example. The standard breakfast at PHNY probably doesn’t cost Hyatt one-tenth of what it charges. I get a lot more value out of some Hyatt Place breakfast buffets on ~$75 rates.
