I note that the stairs going between levels only have hand rails on one side thus meaning guests going down stairs are more likely to suffer slip trips or falls (anybody working in the oil industry might be familiar with this phrase).

I seriously suggest they fix that flaw before guests resort to lawyers to gain compensation due to there not being proper safety systems in place. There are numerous lawyers who make a decent living winning claims due to things like this.
