When are you travelling? Won't be much construction going on in Jan. Could also keep an eye on the weather - when it hits 35 Celsius work has to stop, so try to align your trip with a heat wave I really really dislike the Sheraton but that is just personal preference.

They are digger a lot deeper now so the noise is less - however sometime next year they are going to start construction of the "shed" around the site which I'd imagine will be very loud.
