November 16, 2018 - Applied for Global Entry and paid.
December 3, 2018 - Sent email to CBP.
US Citizen living in Singapore

Hey Everyone,

Just a quick update: I got my conditional approval today! woohoo! Now on to schedule my interview. I'm also hoping to be able to interview on arrival on my next trip to the US.
