Air Italy is not a oneworld member or affiliate, and BA status does not have any impact/effect. The Avios arrangement was put in place a number of years ago with Meridiana.

I'd presume a J ticket on IG provides lounge access, but you would have access to whatever lounge IG signs an agreement with.
