Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked Urban Queen, initially allocated Urban Queen until I threatened to cancel, then upgraded to Superior King which adds a very small sitting area and internal view

How are the rooms? Nicely fitted out but fairly small.

Did you raid the minibar? If so, what did you take? Only free water and milk in the minibar

Were you offered a Chef's Taste at Dinner, If so, what did you receive? N/A

Did you use the free spa credit / did the hotel participate? If so, was it a good value? N/A - No spa.

What was good and what was bad? Pretty much non-existent benefits without argument, noisy aircon, large toiletry dispensers used by previous guests (not freshly provided and could easily be tampered with, which I think is rather gross), gym has at best “mid level” equipment

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? Paid £281 a night which I think is pretty poor value, far better IC and cheaper IHG choices available (CP The City and CP KX for instance) with much more Spire benefits. Stacks extremely poorly against the better Hilton and Marriott options too. Probably my first and last stay at this brand.
