Hi guys, I appreciate this has been asked previously in some way and I have not found an answer with the search function so apologies for any blatant repeat!
Has anyone had any luck claiming missing miles from the shopping portal on the flying blue website? I've had a couple of incidences now where I've clicked through as I should but get either no confirmatory email, or a confirmation email with the wrong mileage award. Have contacted FB by email and get the usual ' very busy blah blah, will look into it blah blah, don't contact us again.....' Is this a case of computer says no or are they actually willing to listen?
As an aside, other purchases from the shopping portal have gone through fine, although with different companies.

If you mean Shopformiles as suggested by Skyrider, there is not point in contacting FB.
There is a contact form on Shopformiles website. My experience is that they are quite reactive.
