So true..... actually, the title of this thread is in itself very revealing. The concept of "Steak" and "Steak House" is something that is 100% non argentine. Eating Steak and eating meat are two very different things.... Argentine rarely eat Steak.... we are very much carnivores but a "Steak" in the US sense if something that tourists go for.....
