Hi Mano,
First of all, there is a morning flight to Greece (QR203) which leaves at 08:00AM, in case you want to evaluate reducing the layover.
10 hrs are more than enough to get out/in to the airport.
You didn't specify the day so unless its Dec 18th (local National Day, traffic will be crazy), you can get from Hamad Airport to Westbay (business district of Doha) relatively fast.
This time of the year the weather is great and by the time you exit the airport there already should be sun light. Uber works fine (or Careem) so i'd recommend it. You could head to The Pearl (Location: Medina Centrale) for breakfast. If the shops are not open yet you walk by the Marina. Spend a few hrs there and then Uber to Westbay (location: Sheraton or Costa Coffee) where you can walk along the Corniche (4-5Kms) and make your way to the Museum Of Islamic Art or the Souq (local market) to spend a few hrs there before you make your way back to the airport.
This brings you closer to the airport and you save yourself some of the rush hour traffic on the way there. From MIA assume 30 mins to get there at around 13:00.
