Had a good two night stay at the grand Hyatt which is next door to the Sheraton and royal begonia. Club room in the north tower was nice and big. Full views. The other reviews are correct and similar to my stay as well. Only thing to add is that the pools are far from the guest towers. And as for dining, you can enjoy local cuisines at multiple restaurants in the mall connected to the grand Hyatt including a Thai restaurant and Pizza Hut as well for a lot cheaper than on site.

Below is the club lounge sheet for those that are interested. Breakfast spread not big but enough and happy hour is enough for a lite dinner. Service in the lounge excellent.
