Currently onboard AY144 in J. The gentleman in front of me was brought in with a wheelchair. Not due to disablity but being too drunk to walk or stand. IMO unfit to fly as even before takeoff was unable to understand any basic instructions and kept moving chair horizontal. Sickness bags in use and after nine hours onboard, still seems to be wasted.
