Called retentions numbers and told them my Platinum was up for renewal and asked if they had any offers.
He quickly went over how much of some of the benefits I had used, but didn't really scold me for calling.
Came out with 20k or $200 for $3000 spend in 3 months. Took the points.
Very fast and concise phone call, pretty satisfied!
