I bought streaming passes for fins 735 (AC15) and 731 (AC16) last week. Aside from a sign-in issue on 735 which was resolved by clearing cookies and the lack of coverage over the pole, I found the download speeds to be more than adequate. I even watched some live TV for about an hour over Russia.

Upload speeds, on the other hand, are pitiful.
