If the sun is out and it isn't too windy you don't mind getting out, if it is overcast and windy, when you get out you are pretty cold. I don't know if they are "Heated" but off hand i would say no. They aren't cold, but the pools certainly aren't warm.

I am from the south and have spoken with a few of our cousins from the north (Canada) and they don't seem to mind it nearly as much as me, but they left several feet of snow to come here so YMMV

EDIT: DEFINITELY NOT HEATED - Yesterday was very hot and sunny and I didn't notice as much, today is cloudy, but only 2 degrees colder, but the water is freezing, you shiver the minute you get in and out. So, my initial conclusion stands, my ability to tolerate the temp of the water is directly proportional to the strength of the sun at that time.
