Old US AIR Mastercard w/ 10K annual bonus. Spoke to both a rep and then a manager. No fee waiver, and didn’t even get the $1K spend / 3 months $100 statement credit offer. Only option was to downgrade (if this is the only way to keep your miles from expiring you’re not trying very hard). Still within the “window” of not owing the fee, so I did nothing. You might get lucky when you call, but this trend we’re seeing in various prior posts speaks for itself.
