Even better, on a Hyatt stay three nights ago (Bloomington, MN), the property claimed I was downgraded from my paid suite to a basic room because I had used mobile check-in (which had seemed to me like a good idea with a midnight property arrival). They were likely making stuff up, but still . . . .
