The China Eastern lounge (I think it is #77 , but make sure it is China Eastern) is far better than any other in T2 that offer PP access. It's pretty good. When you enter you can turn right or left, the majority of the people go left but if you go right it is far less crowded. Just a bit further from the main food station.
