I believe the four airlines were Delta, National, TWA and Western. Here are my guesses with regard to the equipment operated by each of these air carriers on the LAS-SFO route at the time:
* Delta - Convair 880
* National - Douglas DC-8
* TWA - Convair 880
* Western - Boeing 720B & Lockheed L-188 Electra
Gotta toss in a "Gimme" once in a while... Switch out that Delta 880 with a DC-8 and you're good to go.
