The Integrated Lane Queue (which is at the end of the queue line, which also can be used as the Integrated Lane Bin Loader) position is not an extra position thus can not be eliminated.
Unless it is covered by an extra ticket checker.
You have two TSA people telling you the position isn't extra (one who works at RDU) and you don't listen because know it all.
