RDU has an EXTRA TSA Screener at the end of the line who's SOLE PURPOSE is checking BP's. They are NOT the bin loader, nor are they the metal detector operator. They are the EXTRA BP checker.

The Integrated Lane Queue (which is at the end of the queue line, which also can be used as the Integrated Lane Bin Loader) position is not an extra position thus can not be eliminated.
