How does Qantas decide who to open bid process to?
I’ve flown three times now on QF9/10 in full flex economy (sadly work only allows that).

I have been offered to bid every time, yet have zero Qantas points or status (only BA silver).

Is it because I have a full flex ticket, or do they just offer it to everyone? Or is it something to do with travel time? I always fly out on Monday and return on a Friday.

I was, incidentally, finally accepted for PE on QF10 for £205, though wasn’t all that impressed.
