Trying to book a redemption (to burn through my QR pesos) & I get to a point where the web page says...
- OTP has been sent your email and mobile, Please Verify it to continue the Booking Flow
.....I have not received the OTP via mail or SMS after retrying twice. VPN on/off roaming on etc etc.......what gives? Jeez how hard can they make things for PC members
Any tips on resolving this OTP issue would be appreciated....after all I can't call the genius at QRPC who came up with this nonsense.
This finally got resolved. Seems my UAE registered phone number & an inconsistency in my registered email address were the root cause. Best part of 3 weeks to resolve. Well done QRPC
Just another 100,000 or so points to burn, & then bye bye for good, thank god.
