Relative bought duty free on board BA - but the FA never returned with the proper STEB and then the flight landed, at which point they were promptly ridiculed by LHR transfer security for their onward flight to MAN and the items confiscated. Any recourse you can think of here besides disputing with the credit card company? BA screwed up by not providing the right bag, etc.
