When I used to pay $400/year for an Amex Platinum card because of several
benefits that I considered worthwhile. Among those, I could use it to gain
access to the World Club lounge(s). But NWA became too unreliable for
me ... and I switched to AA. At that point it also seemed wise to drop
the Amex Platinum card.

My new territory requires travel to places that AA simply does not
service. I find myself flying NWA more that I care too ... but it's
convenient and they seemed to have fixed their DC9 fleet (un)reliability
problems sometime in the past 6 years that I've been off on AA.

Today I received an offer from Costco for a no-fee, cash-back Amex
Platinum card. Can this card be used to access the World Clubs?
