What is the situation with ATMs, what will be a trusted ATM around with a reasonable exchange rate, or do you guys just exchange cash at the hotel or elsewhere? What do you recommend? How much per day or so would you exchange? I have some car drivers prepaid and will put some meals on the hotel, and probably the spa on the cards....
