That at may be a low bar but, sadly, it’s one that DL fails to meet on far too many flights.

BTW, typing from D1 on DL953 at this very moment and, while the FAs are satisfactory, they’re not up to Starbucks standards. Nothing specifically to complain about, but nothing notable either.

Ever so mildly disappointing for a $2K O/W domestic flagship product.
