In case you don't get the accrual, we'll escalate your case to our internal department, to do so, we need you to attach us a receipt where the account number, case number and amount of miles transfered are detailed.

Got similar email says I need to send them
"the voucher you received for the transaction where we can validate the LifeMiles number where the miles where transferred, amount, date of transaction and order ID" 8 days after the transfer.
I just called citi, the rep said he will cancel my order, but it may take another 7 days to get TYP back.
