FTP Surcharge getting charged but not showing in taxes and I don't want to pay for it
FTP surcharge shows up in the taxes, and I'm unable to remove it. Triple checked it's not in my profile, as I've set it to only earn points.

The taxes who up like this:
Roadside -> $1.95
Concession -> $2
Total -> $4.95

I know the math is wrong and it's due to the FTP $1 surcharge still lingering there.

I have called Avis on phone, and they don't have a clue.

Suggestions?
