The voucher clearly states it is valid for "one complementary room night on the second night of a paid Ambassador weekend rate". It is completely unambiguous from the certificate's ToC that it may only be redeemed once.

I know, in forums one should strive to not make strong personal judgements. But in this case I gotta say: Re-using these certificates constitutes fraud. I am absolutely shocked that somebody who claims to be a lawyer can have such a poor sense of justice.

The OP's question was in simple English whether the OP "can" use this voucher twice, not whether it is unethical, criminal or whatever. A good chunk of the proposals on this forum is not ethical, to a certain extent criminal or at least doubtful. So please do not play the saint.
