i have received an email from BA this morning telling me I can check in my luggage for free this morning on my flight BA 1432 to Heathrow. Howeve, I don’t have a booking for this flight and the booking reference quoted is a reward booking I had in September when I flew to Bologna. At first I wondered if this was something to do with the data breach as I was affected by this but the flight is not showing on my upcoming flight list and my BAEC account seems to be showing the correct number of points still. Should I contact BA about this, is there a chance still that the account has been hacked or is it just a an IT glitch given it’s quoting an old booking reference?
