Supposedly the new terminal design incorporates room for lounges. One basic PP lounge is probably what it would be since there won't be ample legacy hub traffic.

It'll be interesting to see if the city offers a bunch of concessions/guarantees to try to get an alliance carrier to do a London or Paris flight. Then they'd need to have a lounge for the J pax to use.
