What is first class service all about?
Well I was very livid to read your report about the limo not showing up. You paid a lot of money to get the ticket and the service. I wish that I were the British Airlines customer service agent as I would have gone the extra mile to set you up with a limo. Not only would I have set up a limo I would have given you vouchers to use to eat something while waiting. It amazes me that the agent was not helpful.Very upsetting I should say.
