Going quite OT... I’m in the WA on the Palm. We only came to Dubai for the weather. I knew from before that the city isn’t for me. The plan was to stay in the hotel for most of the time. I was prepared for high prices for food and drinks, but this is just ridiculous. 25€ pizzas and burgers, 14€ beers, cheapest bottle of wine close to 100€. Same everywhere on the palm. So no choice than to use shuttle and bus to get to malls and food courts.

So bad choice by me - not a choice I will make ever again. Playa del Ingles is a better choice for me and the family.
