The interiors were nice, good IFE and fine service from the FAs. Nothing to really complain about. Sometimes I get the feeling that people want to complain for the sake of complaining. It is all about your mindset, it will be just a few hours of your life on a metal tube, so nothing life shattering even if you find the ride uncomfortable. I pretty much agree with this. We complain a lot because it's what we do. But we're spending a few hundred dollars to hurtle across an ocean in an aluminum tube—a few hours of relative discomfort is a small price to pay. In my assessment, the 7M8 isn't a whole lot better or worse than any other narrowbody jet. It's not a great experience, but we're also not paying for a premier experience. FWIW, I find the same true with Rouge. I dread the experience and work irrationally hard to avoid it, but then find it wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought it would be.
