Couple of things... 4,500sq feet is very small for a new Centurion Lounge... Same goes for the Escape lounge they are building next to it. Seems like they're setting it up to be very, very, crowded. Also, I would hope they would do something in terminal 3, which will have all airlines minus American and Southwest, and is not connected to the new updated terminal 3. I know delta is building a new lounge in t3. Haven't heard if United will build a new one as well, seeing as their lounge in terminal 2 will close once all airlines from t2 move to t3.
Regardless anything is better than the current Club at PHX.
