I thought I had posted my time frame, sorry about that. I totally understand that timing makes a difference. I am going in the middle of May 2019. You bring up a good point, and one hesitation I had about the Albergo del Senato, which is would it be too busy there. Everyone that has commented has nothing but great things to say about the hotel, but that was my one concern. I want to be able to walk out of the hotel and have choices for restaurants, cafes a scenic view, etc but a madhouse wouldn’t be relaxing. Regarding Eitch, the reviews have been a bit more mixed. Mostly positive, but some negative, whereas the Senato seems to have universal praise! But everyone agrees to have a drink at the rooftop of the Eitch no matter which hotel I stay at!!
