We flew Qatar in business class on my husband's birthday this year. In fact, we were on two Qatar flights that day. I called Qatar in advance. I was told I could purchase my own dessert for them to present to him but they did not offer any service. The flight attendants on the DOH-LAX flight kindly put together a small plate of desserts from the galley and wished him happy birthday.
