Now that UA has opened its new Premium Plus product for booking and crediting it at 150% PQM, there are some interesting opportunities for PQM earning in the 6-7 cents/PQM out of SFO. Appears there will be flights starting in March 2019 to NRT, PEK and HKG to start, can't find any to Europe that include P+ that cheap. Sample fares include SFO - HKG for $1,257, earning 20742 PQM, or SFO - PEK for $1395. Looks like they jump up for the summer season, so only March - April - May.

On edit - appears they start P+ from SFO - LHR/CDG in May, and FRA in April, but fares are higher than for Asia destinations.
