Yes the 25K SHOULD post in 2019 if you complete the spend after the December closing date.
Since you plan to get another 110K CPQP in 2019 to renew CP for 2020 why didn't you just time it so the entire 82K (40 + 2 + 25 + 15 ) points posted in 2019 then you would only need another 28K for 2019/20 CP which could have been completed via a SW Business card. As it stands now you need ~ 85K more cpqp in 2019 to renew CP for 2020
There is a lot of value in CP but it's much more valuable if it's good for ~ 23 months vs 12 months
