I'm looking at a BKK-PVG-USA ticket through UA with HO being the first leg. It's been awhile since I last connected through PVG so my questions are, will I need to reclaim bags in PVG? Will I, as a *G, be able to check 2 bags without charge? Can I check in using the J/C lane?

I'm reticent to purchase the itin without more info but not sure i have many choices for my desired dates of travel.
