OP, is there anything in particular you're trying to track, and is this forward- or backward-looking?
To calculate future AQM, AQD etc, I just have a spreadsheet with a few lines with those particular items, for which I use the calculator spreadsheet on this site.
The historical stuff, I'm not too fussed about, so I just download AC's Excel file and copy that over in to my sheet.
