Driving involves parking. You really don't want to do that. European public transport is not like US, it's actually good. Used it extensively in Amsterdam ...... well there was a hickup when construction stopped the tram and the once every seven minutes tram arrived after 40 minutes And the subway ..... I had pathetically bad luck on that trip, it usually works very well. And there are taxis, but my friends found out that in the congestion it would have been faster on a tram @:-)
