huh, that's weird. Ticket booked less than 12 months ago? Not on United.com in the 'past flights' or 'inactive' section? 1K agent can't find it? Extremely unusual.
I agree, look in your Email for the ticket receipt; I would not be surprised if it was > 12 months old based on what you describe.
