I booked a flight with a CSR. The flight was canceled due to crew rest while I was at the airport. The original airline rebooked me on a different airline the next morning.
Because it was canceled while I was at the airport, I incurred transportation expenses going home from the airport, and back the next morning (2 lyft rides)
One phone agent told me that this is covered. Another told me that it isn't because "crew rest" is not a covered reason (although, I had to explain to him what "crew rest" meant).
Should this be covered?
